- BOD approved spilling off the IT department in the company and establishing an IT company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
- BOD approved establishing a new real estate company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
