The Board of Directors of Dlala Holding held a meeting on  Monday 30/01/2012 and approved the financial results for the period ended 31/12/2011. Dlala Holding recorded a Net Profit of QAR 22.61 Million compared to 13.14 Million for the year ended 31st Dec 2010. and EPS of QAR 1.13/share compared to QAR 0.66/Share in the previous year.

The board of Directors recommended to distribute cash dividend of 10% equivalent to 1 QR per share compared to 0.85 QR in 2010.
